Hollowreach

Hollowreach is a calm adventure game about wandering a forgotten valley, piecing together what happened to the people who lived there. There's no combat pressure — the tension comes from curiosity and the beautiful, muted art.

You explore, solve small environmental puzzles, and collect fragments of a story told mostly through what you find rather than long dialogue. Everything is offline, and the save system is generous, so it suits stop-start play.

It's short by RPG standards, maybe six hours, but every hour is memorable. We finished it on a single long flight and immediately wanted to replay bits. A lovely, quiet experience.
